Scholarship Opportunities

ACCA is proud to offer Variable Tuition, where K-12 tuition rates may be adjusted to meet your family’s unique financial position.
Financial awards are given on a yearly basis, all families wanting to be considered for financial awards should submit an application.
There is a $40 application fee.
Robert and Shirley Wagner Scholarship-available to students entering 1st-12th grades. Written requests must be submitted by July 15th. This scholarship is based on income and academic standing.

Early Withdrawal Policy

After enrolling a student, if a family chooses to withdraw prior to the end of the year, tuition owed is based on the following formula. If the withdrawal occurs: Between June 1 and the end of the first marking period, they are responsible for tuition through the end of the first marking period tuition plus a 25% penalty. Dur­ing the second marking period, they are responsible for tuition through the end of the second marking period plus a 15% penalty. During the third marking period, they are responsible for tuition through the end of the third marking period plus a 10% penalty. During the fourth marking period, they are responsible for full year tuition with no penalty.
Note: There is not a penalty for a family who registers for the upcoming school year and then chooses to withdraw prior to July 1. They will not be charged tuition or penalties.

ACCA Summer Camp Registration (Ages 4-11 years)

Submit this form ASAP. Enrollment is first come, first served and please note that the weeks you selected are not all guaranteed. Be on the lookout for a follow up email to confirm which weeks your child is placed in. Weekly tuition is $200/week; siblings receive a 10% discount each. Camp will run from 8am-4pm.

ACCA Summer Camp Registration

All camp weeks are 5 days with the exception of the holiday week of July 4th. A one-time registration fee of $60 is due at the time of enrollment; siblings receive a discounted registration of $30 each. This money will go towards the supplies needed for the Summer Camp. NOTE: Staffing is based on expected attendance. Therefore, you will be obligated to pay for the weeks enrolled. Weeks must be decided by Wednesday, May 22 nd . You will not be refunded for changes made after May 22 nd no exceptions! Additional weeks may be granted based on availability. Field trip fees and snacks are included in the weekly tuition rate.
